Cancellation and deposit refund policy
A full refund, less a $10 per night processing fee, is refundable if you cancel or change your reservation more than two weeks before check-in. If you cancel or change your reservation more than 48 hours before check-in, a refund (minus the $10 per night processing fee) will be granted if we are able to re-book the room. If you have not arrived at your selected arrival time and have not made prior arrangements we will assume you are not coming so have in fact cancelled your reservation.

We do not have a 24hr check in
The manager or student/manager's hours are 3pm-6pm
Our check in times are betwee 3pm and 6pm unless prior arrangements are made.
Your credit card will be automatically charged on the day of your arrival.
Check out time is 11am
Because we have guest who are allergen sensitive our B and B allows
NO PETS and NO SMOKERS
So pooches and smokers we wish you well, but this is not the place for you.
Because some of our guest are here to take a break from their own children, we honor their peace with a NO CHILDREN policy.
If your behavior has caused a disturbance in the house and caused another guest to leave or request a refund, their room will be charged to your credit card. If your actions cause destruction you will be charged for that as well.

Check in is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. and by arrangement
Check out is 11:00 a.m.
Parking: Unrestricted Free Parking is in the front and all along Neil Avenue.
However, please read the signs. Please keep driveway clear.
Breakfast: Fill out and leave a menu on the Foyer Desk
Hall Closet: Look on the shelves for things you may not have packed—tooth brush, razor, etc. Look in the square basket for hair dryers. The iron and ironing board should be in the closet, if not please let one of our maid(en)s know and they will find it for you.
Also in this closet are extra pillows and clean towels; if you need extra towels please leave your wet ones in the laundry basket and take what you need from the shelves.
Game Room/Upstairs sitting room: A free “welcome glass of wine” is available—red on the table, white in the fridge; cold drinks and snacks are also on the house. There is a House Computer, Cable TV and games in the side board; books and DVDs on the shelves.
Please feel free to turn on and off the TV, just be considerate of other guests. Quiet activities are suggested after 10 pm unless you have booked the whole floor. You can use the web anywhere in the house; look for the password on this sheet in your room. Wi-Fi is Free
